Join us for one of our favorite concerts of the year on October 9th at 7:30pm during Marquette’s Family Weekend. An A Cappella showcase you won’t want to miss including The Meladies, The Naturals, and The Gold ‘n Blues joined by No Comment (U of I), Fundamentally Sound (UW-Madison), and Tangled Up In Blue (UW-Madison). We all come from different backgrounds and homes, ones that are diverse and make us unique and special. But it is when we come together that we truly become a part of something bigger. The Meladies spring concert, Homemade, is about celebrating both where we come from and where we are now.

This is our third annual Acatoberfest held at Marquette University! The show is held at the Varsity Theater from 7:30pm-9:00pm on Saturday October 1st, 2016. Everyone is unique and brings their own color to the world. When we combine all of our unique personalities and talents, our colors form a beautiful picture, just like a kaleidoscope!

The Meladies a cappella group invites you to join us for our 2016 Spring Concert, Kaleidoscope. Come see all of our hard work come to life on May 7th at the Varsity Theatre. The concert is FREE and open to the public!

It will be a beautiful day of REFLECTING (Get it? Like a Kaleidoscope!) upon the past 4 years as group and the progress we have made. From our humble beginnings singing Pitch Perfect songs in Marquette Hall to competing in the ICCA for the first time and recording our first EP, it's an event you don't want to miss!

The Meladies will be saying goodbye to 7 seniors and the remaining founders. We will be singing the songs from our ICCA set as well as all of our "senior songs." We will also have special guests from DePaul University, DMaC (DePaul Men's a Cappella), as well as Marquette's The Naturals and Gold 'n Blues!

If you donated to our GoFundMe fundraiser for recording before April 6, don't forget that you can pick up your prizes at the concert! Donations will still be accepted until the date of the concert but donors are no longer eligible for prizes.

The Meladies auditioned for the ICCAs (International Championship of Collegiate A cappella) for the first time this year and made it! We will be competing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and our friends Fundamentally Sound will be hosting!

The Meladies are excited to announce our 2015 Fall Concert: FALLing for the Music! This semester, the Mels decided to take a step back, ditch the red heels (but not forever, of course!) and focus on the music that we all love to sing. We invite you to wear your favorite late fall or early winter sweater and join us for a fun and cozy night at the Weasler Auditorium! (Sweater not required for entry) Also, performances by the wonderful Gold 'n Blues and The Naturals!
